The Soul Sessions retreat program is specially curated for self-connection and personal reflection, to enliven your senses and help regenerate your being from the inside, out. Embody the natural flow of your creative potential.
Throughout the week Tara will lead you through 3 x 90-minute writing workshops plus daily journaling prompts to open your mind, body and spirit to your divine inner wisdom.

Tara created Tarantula Surf as a platform for authentic sharing and engaging with new paradigms for a more beautiful world. A nomad by nature, she hosts writing workshops and retreats and lives most of the time at the beach in southern Costa Rica.

- All levels of surfing experience welcome – beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
- We have 3-4 local surf instructors.
- You will also have the opportunity to surf with some of the local girls at our Women Who Surf group.
Where?
Eco Bay – A hidden paradise located on the Northern Pacific coast of Nicaragua.
You will be surfing with verdant views of palm trees on the black sand beaches of Northern Nicaragua. The beach directly in front of the retreat venue is a peeling left-hand reef break that works on medium to large swells. Our isolated location allows us to surf the emptiest waves in Nicaragua, with local surf instructors and eco-retreat accommodations. Based on the changing tides and conditions, we will make sure to take you to the best breaks each day. Nourish mind, body and spirit just steps from the sea.
